how about add deny option in game ? which decrease exp and grant no gold to enemy champion.

SrbLud2 votesThat's what DOTA2 is for. Denying creeps has no place in League. And even if they wanted they would have to change a lot of codes, and make some new ones, since a lot of non minion stuff is coded as minions.
