Climbing ranked issue

Hey Guys, With season winding down, i have been putting a lot of time into ranked as i'm sure you all have as well to earn those prestigious spots. So, over the last week or so, I've climbed from s4 to s1, and am looking to push for gold. The issue is, for whatever reason, even though I've been climbing consistently, winning around 70% of my games. It seems as if my mmr isn't raising at the same speed. Currently winning 17 lp average, and losing 23 lp average. Anyone know the reasoning for this, kind of seems like a downside/punishment for climbing too fast? Thoughts?

From what i see ( as if i could talk, i went on a huge losing spree, i was 53% win rate, now 50%, was gold 1, now gold 4, ouch).

You go on winning sprees, to losing sprees, you are literally 50-49 ratio. You are only one game over your losses.

You need to win like 6 more in a row, lose 1-2, then win 3-5 in a row, and only lose 2-3, and keep going to keep your win rate up, otherwise your LP wont change.

Also a big difference is if your are Duo/Premade or not. If you even duo with someone whos higher than you once, right now, at your elo and win rate, itll hurt you more in the long run. Solo Q is the best option.

Im currently gaining 18-21 lp with losing 12-15 at a time.

Also with a name like that, thats the most call of duty name i have ever seen, it would tilt me just looking at it.
