What was your rank last season? If it was Bronze V also, then you are where you belong. If you don't like it, grind to get out. I had to grind from Bronze I to Gold V in a single week back in Season 3, and I did it.
If you don't belong there, you can get out; especially in Bronze, where you can solo an entire team by yourself if you picked a carry, due to their complete lack of understanding for most basic game strategies, such as "Don't duel the enemy laner early game within their minions, especially if there is a cannon minion there" or "stick together to teamfight, get dragon when possible and a good opportunity arises".
