fix solo que system

MMR is designed for the SINGLE PLAYER game chess, which relies on the individual skill. MMR does not work in a team environment where there are thousands of factors. I am a good example of this, i am a diamond or maybe low master skill level player, however due to trolls and the ELO system, I am stuck in silver rank.
