I just got on and bough Xayah, but when I go to start a a game she isnt yet available? I thought that riot stated that they would be available today at 8 am Pacific time. Did I miss something in the announcement?

Smokharn1 votesGo to gifting center and then chose your BF's account, and then "Gift Rakan for IP", its where all the other "Gift a Champion", "Gift a Champion Skin" and all that are :)
I just gifted my BF 
and the skin for her, and he gifted me Rakan but hes poor so I had to buy the 
skin myself XD

ZT Xperimentor1 votesAt the time of my post, the update hadn't gone live here. Besides my point still stands, they've never done a new champion that's immediately available on the patch they're added; sometimes the wait is a few hours, sometimes it's a few days.
