League's Terrible Matchmaking

I just have to say the matchmaking for this game should be improved. I literally had it to were I was in 4 different games that people dodged because they didn't get the roles they wanted. First I was put as top, then as mid but someone generously gave me top, then bot but someone switched me to top, then support. At this point I dodged, and just quit trying to play the game today.

I just think that you shouldn't lose your position in the next match when someone dodges. It honestly feels like I get punished when I get the lane I want, and then someone dodges and I get the lane I don't want to play whatsoever. I would rather have it take longer for me to get into the next match and get the position I got previously, then to lose my position and get queued faster.
