Haven't received any missions for about a day or two now.

Vs. event ended on the 29th. Make sure to use up your Order tokens before the 24th or they will disappear. (If nothing else you can use them for blue ess, got to scroll down after clicking on the tokens though to see it.)

If you were a filthy Chaos hoarder, don't use your tokens, you deserve to have them go to waste. xD

Yeah, but it's 'Soon(tm)' Just have to wait for some announcement for it. No official eta on it. Could be next patch, could be preseason, could be next year.

The "VS" event,that was basically the trial for the mission mechanic and the main reason they implemented it (to let events be more fluid and without waiting for prizes),has ended. For more missions now we just have to wait what Riot decides about them. Doing consistent missions without events,with reasonable prizes and objectives it's hard,give them time.
