Udyr's Base Values
DISCLAIMER: Before we go into this, I just want to say that this is not a hate thread for nerfing Udyr. I know that Udyr is pretty broken right now. I'm just saying there's more then meets the eye.
Udyr has always been the most versatile champion. you can literally go anything on Udyr, and it has some sort of viability. But let's get to the point of why I made this thread: The PBE Nerfs.
Phoenix Stance (R) Damage per second lowered to 10/20/30/40/50 from 15/25/35/45/55 Third hit damage decreased to 25/60/95/130/165 from 40/75/110/145/180. Base Health Regen lowered to 1.2 from 1.742 I can understand the nerfs. They want to hit Udyr's damage from Runic Echos and hit his early power, but it is going to hurt a lot more than that.
Udyr's other viable jungle item builds for Phoenix have been outshined by Runic Echos, Cinderhulk and Devourer. They are still viable however, not as good as Runic. The Phoenix nerfs will hurt these builds a lot more than it hurts Runic. Sated Devourer needs the extra base damage from Phoenix or else he would just be a weaker version of Jax and Shyvana. As for Cinderhulk, he would just be a weaker version of Volibear and Trundle. Runic would still be good for Udyr because it supports everything Udyr needs: Movement speed, mana restore, tankiness (kinda, AP scaling from turtle), and damage from AP Scaling from Phoenix.
Instead of flat out base damage nerfs, Udyr's AP Scalings should be nerfed instead. It hits 2 of the pros of runic echos. EDIT: Grammar

. Legit not weak at any point in the game with Devourer. Even without going warrior early she still pretty strong and crowds out most champions early. Then on top of that she will end up scaling really well with Devourer. One of Kindred's biggest weaknesses was that she couldn't scale well, but now with Devourer she just goes nuts mid/late game.
