Honestly, if you pick Ashe as an ADC - I'm gonna pick Leona support, and from Level 6 onward win the lane, if you have half a brain.
Engaging with Ashe ult followed by Leo ult followed by Leo E followed by Leo Q? If the enemy ADC survives you basically deserve to lose your lane.
Other than that little Gimmick, I'm not much of a fan of her either.

Actually, given her new kit, and assuming that Rito doesn't nerf any of her stats (and maybe buff her AD a bit), she could end up becoming a replacement late-game hyper-carry for Tristana. Even before both their reworks, Ashe was, in fact, a viable counter-pick to Tristana (one of Riot's best-kept secrets, BTW.)
