Lag gave me low priority queue

I have been experiencing lag in League of Legends games to the point where i can't even stay in a game at some times. And i have been lagging out a lot and i just got a 20 minute low priority queue for lagging out of a game... Can you please take this off for i did not intentionally leave the game and the servers lagged me out of a game?
