Finding Match

Okay so almost all the time is take me about 6 to 10 mins to find a match.... today i been trying to get a match now for almost 20 mins ive stop and staterted it again just to see if i get a match and nothing.... is this normal for tanked match ups or is it just me i mean i really dont want to be here waiting all this time for a match and the funny thing is it says stimated time 2 mins or so can anyone tell me whats going on here.
