Talon Rework tweak please

I think the rework is fun, even though i feel like old talon was more effective. Could be because the reworked one is new. The thing is the reworked Talon is dependend on his ult or Q to engage unless enemy team is in jungle. But if one uses ult or Q from further away to engage one loses potential burst. When i was using his Ult to engage i noticed that the blades usually dont hit when one engages. Therefore i would want his Q to make Talon jump behind the enemy or somhow make it optional to do so. tl;dr Talons new Q should place him BEHIND the enemy.
