Another Armor AP item PLEASE???????

Am I the only one who thinks mages need more itemization against AD assassins??? Currently there's only ONE AP item that also offers Armor, Zhonya's Hourglass item 3157... And I also find it very strange how one of Zhonya's components is only used for this one item, Seeker's Armguard item 3191. That item in particular has a LOT of potential to give more AP Armor items, I mean just look at it! It already has AP and Armor and already is a component to be used in other item recipes. (IMO) I personally feel it's very much needed because the little bit of armor gained from Zhonya's isn't nearly enough against midlane assassins (cough Zed Zed cough) and with the incoming changes (nerfs) to AP items in general, another option for armor would benefit mages IMMENSELY.

I'll get downvoted for this, but aren't mages (as adc) supposed to get killed by assassins?

All I'm saying is that there is a surprising lack of itemization against AD for AP mages.

It really depends from the mage, some mages work really well against assassins. Examples include Lulu Swain Annie so they are an exception to the rule, but in general a mage should be losing to an assassin.

The anti-AD assassin itemization, however, should allow them to survive better during teamfighting situations. Just like an AD assassin is still allowed to have some itemization against tanks, despite the fact that most of time they lose to a tank in a 1x1 situation.

I'm still wondering how an Armguard gets turned into an Hourglass But that's just me

Same reason to why a firearm item 3145 turns into a book item 3152

I feel like they could make it so Seekers turn into an item with like 30 armor, 50% base mana regen, 200 hp and like 60 Ap and have it be like 2600~ gold or something and alot of mages would like it. Then again, im an idiot so I might be wrong
