Role Priority in New Que

I love the new Que. I think it is a fantastic addition to League especially ranked, however, it has an issue for players like me. The new system does not prioritize primary or secondary role at all. My two favorite roles are Jungle and Support. Every time I que I put Jungle as my primary and Support as my secondary, however, in the last twenty ranked games I've gotten Jungle twice. I understand that this is to speed up ques for everyone, however, it is unfair that I never get my primary role when I have declared it as such. A system that prioritizes your primary role more or gives you your primary after so many secondaries would be a warm welcome to a player who never gets to play his primary role anymore.

I used to put Jungle/support. I get support 90% of the time.

Now I put Jungle/top. I still get top 90% of the time, even though top is the 2nd most popular role.

I ask in lobby, what's your primary?

2 guys say "top/mid" or "top/AD".

I put adc/mid and literally get adc(my primary role) every time. My guess is because mid is the most popular so you might have better luck if you put jung/mid if you want to play jung so bad. Just a suggestion.

The fundamental problem is that most players will play the least popular roles (or any role they do not main) if no one else will play that role. But by allowing players to choose not to ever play certain roles, the system forces players to either main the least popular roles or never play those roles.
