The differences between blue and red side relative to the wall by wolves

I was wondering why certain champions like Gragas can E wolves over the wolves' wall on blue side, but on red side it doesn't work.

Does anyone know? I haven't found an official Riot answer on it.

If its meant to be like this, why? and will it change? The rift is getting several map changes next season, this might be the perfect time to balance it out.

Pretty sure I saw a video on this but I don't remember the name. It was due to the angle that you view the game from. It's the same as how the hitbox on your screen isn't your player model but is their feet.

Did you find an answer as to why the map isn't adjusted so you can actually hit red-side wolves from over the wall with Gragas E?
