Placement results?

Yes. The highest you can get in placements is gold 5 or gold 4. (maybe a bit higher if you won high mmr games.) You have to climb form there by yourself to get higher.

hmm pretty sure my cousin got gold 4 from that. I would think you would get gold to be honest, especially with season being over. Apparently rank does take more things into consideration than just your record????

Silver 1 is a great placement for your first time. You start with a mid-low Silver MMR, and the system doesn't just say "0/10 you go to Bronze, 10/10 you go to Plat".

I won 4 games and was placed in Silver III

he got placed in silver 3, dropped to Bronze 5. Then had to crawl and claw his way back up. and he's silver 4 now.

Must not be too far off from where your mmr was mate. Did you expect diamond if u went 10/10?
