nerf annie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes please or at least make her harder to play or take away her q spamability for cs in lane champs like ryze have to deal with not having attack damage and have to either sacrifice mana or get good at last hitting with aa to get cs not annie she cna jsut spam that hsit all damn day and ima be honest her kit is annoying as shit its way to easy to use for how much it does but i dont even care about it its the q spam that i have genuine issues with how about make it a skillshot then id be fine iwth it but nope its jsut ugh . and ppl always say if you nerf annie nerf high mobility bursty squish champs but thats the thnig they are jsut that SQUISH you one shot them and whi;e i understand the issues ppl have iwth like yasuo id much rather miss a shit load of skills shots then not even be able ot shot skillshtos at all theres so much i want to ibitch about but this prob makes no sense already os conclusion

.... I don't even remember her last nerf/buff. She's essentially been the same since the day she released with the original 40. Her numbers rarely change too drastically.
