What is wrong with ranked flex??????!!!!

So rito says you can rank up in ranked flex, well you cant, I got all 100 points and it restarted me in the same rank at 0. Also rito said u can play up to 4-5 players in ranked flex, but then it says u can only play 3 players. Someone tell me im not just the only one here. I even have a link right here where it says, 'THE RANKED FLEX QUE ALLOWS UP TO FIVE PLAYERS TO QUE UP AND COMPETE''. Why are u saying this rito? first question, no clue whats wrong.

second one, 4 mans are disabled since there is no solo/duo queue up yet.

What do you mean by solo/duo que? I can solo que always or duo.
