Can Leona be buffed?

I know shes a support but I like playing her in other lanes so please buff her ad and ap scale my friend has purchased Diana and he keeps on saying that shes better then Leona and Leona is a shit champion but i don't believe that i believe she can beat Diana in a 1v1 so please buff Leona she needs it. Some examples are makeing her q with the same ratio than her w and e also maybe she could trigger her own passive by using another spell or with her basic attacks but only doing half the damage.

You want to buff a tank that has hard CC, a shield, a gap closer/damage booster, and a long range "oh you think you're getting away do ya" stun so that she can do MORE damage? o_O

Ah...no. You don't buff champs based on their 1v1 performance, least of all a champ like Leona. She'd be stupid OP.

I want you to sit down and think about why a champion with 2.5 stuns can't get buffs to her damage.

What Leona needs is a rework, not a buff... 3 stuns that are almost impossible to miss! Really? Her ulti is the only thing that i find ok. I've always thought that she was irritating and after playing her i was disgusted... not only was it boring but also stupidly easy.

Leona's Q has a 30% AP ratio.

Her W and E each have a 40% AP ratio.

Her R has an 80% ratio.

While not the greatest ratios, they are there, and really can't go much higher without losing power somewhere. Indeed, her R can be pretty brutal if you build some AP.] The problem is that, well, she's a tank. So you'll very rarely build any AP on her. This is fine; her kit is designed around enabling your allies [that's why you can't proc your own passive.]

Are you kidding? Leona is one of the strongest supports in the game right now. The majority of her kit is CC and it takes forever to kill her.
