So I wanted to play WuKong in JG and notice after the toad fighting and right into the blue buff. They were kicking my butt. every hit from the golem was taking major chunks of my hp, and is force to [B] to fountain. Maybe an update or see whats going on. If not O well ill let him stay top lane.

I looked at the game and have a few suggestions after looking over it..

You should take E at level 1, not Q. The attack speed buff (and AoE) helps you clear faster and the monsters don't have much armor to shred.

You took W at level 2, which is good. Try to time it's use so that it absorbs two hits from the camp instead of one if possible.

It might help to use lifesteal or attack speed quints instead of attack damage for sustain or higher DPS.

You rushes Tiamat -> Ravenous Hydra before finishing your jungle item. The sustain and AoE splash are nice, but the Warrior enchantment is very cost efficient and shouldn't be skipped.

You used 21/0/9 masteries. You should try using 21/9/0 masteries instead, taking the jungle masteries to reduce damage taken and to deal percent health damage to monsters attacking you. The additional health and health regen are helpful as well.

You don't really need Chilling Smite on Wukong. Try taking Ranger's Trailblazer for the sustain. Combined with E, you have enough AoE to quickly kill all the small monsters when clearing a jungle camp. It also stuns camps, so try and use it to interrupt their attacks to reduce damage taken.

No, you definitely want to take W at level 2. It can absorb 1 or 2 hits from the jungle camp for you, deals more damage than Q, and does damage in an AoE.

However, you need to take E at level 1 if you want a strong clear.

Hope the advice helps.

Wukong has really weak early clears, and can be very easily counterjungled, but his mid to late-game power is pretty ridiculous, especially with CleaverHulk being the monster it is right now. (item 3071 + item 3709, in case you're confused.)

With early clears being as important as they are on junglers, Wukong definitely struggles, but he's definitely viable as long as the enemy team doesn't pick a strong early invader.

No please, considering he has unstoppable ganks :/ The fact that he can run into your lane invisible and have a gapcloser to catch up even if you flash. Or y'know, 300 range Armor shred Q or a mass damage knockup ult.

I'm fine with him getting his ass kicked early in the jungle to compensate for his strong ganks.
