Healing is a huge problem in this game

So i had just played a game and in one moment a kayne who had a deaths dance, conqueror, and spirit visage who was about to die lands a single Q on me and healed for 75% of his whole health bar (Not even exaggerating) while grevious wounds was applied............... Can we please do something about all the healing in this game. you know like make it so that grevious wounds actually does something. or maybe remove healing from some things entirely. A situation like this should NEVER happen. why is this even possible?

I think they should swap the grievous wounds to item 3916 so every role has access to early/mid game healing reduction, but yeah, healing isn't hard to itemize against. The items themselves are pretty solid on most champs that want to build it, and Ignite is always an option.

Grievous wounds DOES do something. It reduces their healing. You aren't going to totally invalidate their entire kit/build with one 800g item. That's be silly.

Prob the griev wound effect ended cuz it last only for 5 sec or sth like that

I will say I think the grievous mechanic should be moved to the item 3916 but that notwithstanding, if healing is an issue you are having, it is because you aren't building to answer your opponents.

This is a L2P issue.

I dont think anyone here was paying attention when i said i had grievous wounds on him. i build these items all the time when they have healing. the point im trying to make here is grievous wounds doesn't do enough healing reduction for how much healing is in this game. now its supposed to reduce healing by 40% but when someone heals for more than half their health bar when its applied to them then that means one of two things. 1) grievous wounds isnt actually reducing healing as much as it should. 2) The amount of healing in this game is way to high and needs to be looked at.
