Swap pick order instead of champions

It would be much more useful to be able to swap the pick order instead of swapping champions. For example, if I pick first and my teammate picks third, I should be able to swap the order with him so that he will pick first and I will pick third. That would help more that just swapping champions because someone may not have the champion that another teammate wants. In addition, some roles (like top) may want to pick last so that they can counter pick and/or avoid being countered.

For some reason, recently with the new champion select I see that more people ask for swaps. That's probably because teammates can see what others want, and may suggest to pick the champion for them. However these swaps usually can't be done because most players don't own every champion that the other player wants.
