Why has executioners calling NOT been replaced?

Why has this not been addressed? Why why why why why? Why? I cannot get a grip on WHY you refuse to add this back?

Just put back in Executioners Calling! At least on 3v3s only! I want a legitimate answer to why this hasn't been focused on. Why are Chroma skins (by the way, which nobody in the universe is going to buy into) coming out way before a grievous wounds AD item?

I really don't see a reason for there to be one. Maybe it can help in 3's, but the game isn't balanced around it, which is why it usually gets ignored. Also I can't really seeing there being a viable AD grievous wounds item because it will either be broken and everyone will always take it or so underwhelming that you'd only consider it if the other team was something like a mundo and 4 healers. If you really need it, AP champions can easily do it or if it is that bad, take ignite.

If it were worth using, heal based champions would be worthless in team fights.

Because for AD characters they either already have grievous wound built into their kit, run BotRK every match or is inside the section of character roster that Riot doesn't give a shiet about.

So that item won't make a return anytime soon.

I don't really see it as a crucial need for 5s. If your mid laner isn't a complete moron, they would build Morellos and that would be all you need. For the ADCs who don't have grievous wounds, they have other things that make up for the lack of. Caitlyn range, Draven massive dueling burst with massive healing potential using double BTs, Corki long range poke and armor shred, Ezreal a kiter, Ashe perma slow with an ult stun, Graves massive burst potential using abilities, Kalista massive mobility, Lucian decent mobility and decent burst, Sivir spell shield and decent mobility, Twitch true damage along with stealth, Tristana late game range and displacing ult, Vayne true damage.
