Why did you buff Zac? (Patch 5,16)

I don't understand why his range got buffed so much. I have played him lots of times and thought he had an "OP kit", so I don't understand.

his kit isnt op its relies alot of enemies that dont burst hard and are imobile

Because honestly a lot of Zac players felt like he was in a weak state. He's very very team dependent. His early game presence was kind of laughable. You couldn't really pull off an amazing until you got 3 points into your e. This gave him greater early game pressure.

I mean I didn't share the sentiment at first but the buff really improved the quality of play and it was only an increase of 250. His damage values and scaling are still low.

His winrate hasn't shown a massive improvement either.
