Suggestion: Please allow filtering of Recruitment Board by Rank

Hello,

I would like to suggest an improvement to the recruitment board, which would allow users to query it in a much faster way. When submitting a post onto that forum, or when searching that forum for posts, you could optionally select which rank teammate(s) you are looking for. For example, a dropdown for Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.

That way you would only see the posts relevant to your level! Thanks for your time.
