Hi, Can u help me with a build? every time i play vs a rumble or a gnar. and i dont know how to build him

Can u give me a basic build to carry with tahm kench? Thx. Because i losed 3 games in a row

An early Negatron cloak was useful in my last match against him. I usually rush Zz'Rot Portal in the top lane due to its point runner passive and it's abily to continue to pressure the top lane while I roam. Spirit Visage is a good item as well. I also take Warmogs as soon as I hit 3000 hp. Tahm's R passive gives you tons of bonus damage with Warmogs.
