Game not loading after loading screen

Ok I am getting sick and tired of this right now. It has been like 6 times that this happens to me this season. During my loading screen it shows that it has 100% loaded the game and then i wait for 4/5minutes just to have a popup show that my game is no loger in progress - my team remakes the game because I am "afk". I have had 3 or 4 lower priority queues because it thinks i am afk.... can someone do sth about it? It pisses me off how much this company doesnt give a shit about their game
