Fix matchmaking

Most of the game I do well myself but my teammates usually feed, troll or are just toxic to everyone. I thought if you do well yourself your Elo will increase allowing you to play with better players your skill level. Most of my games i go positive or end up carrying and i still play with the same skill level people. Most people i play with act like they are still in bronze and I am a silver 4 player (Was silver 3 but demoted due to team, even though i did exceptionally well myself). Please place me with better players.
