Petition for making weekly quests.

I was wondering earlier that week, what if we had weekly quests, which would appear every Tuesday, and give better rewards than the repeatable daily quest, like 200BE and some XP, or even better based on the difficulty of the quest? Or even monthly quests, that give you rewards like random champion permanents, or rune pages, and be different for every player, and random from a list of quests, just like in Hearthstone (that's the first game i could think of when i thought of the weekly quests).
