Idea: Kled's third ability while unmounted

Hey, Hello to all the summoners out there.

My name is Serferox and I would like to give and idea on Kled's third ability while unmounted.

For those who have played Kled , you should already know that when you get unmounted off Skarl you're pretty much exposed to be killed when not well positioned (of course every single champion is) but the only difference is that Kled is tecnically naked and itemless when he gets umounted since all the items you buy apply to Skarl and can't do anything but to try to run away, or just go ham and try to recover skarl's caurage bar, which fails at least 60% of the time and you either get killed midway of the bard or at the last second when Skarl is coming back to Kled.

My idea is to give Kled a third ability while unmounted, so he can create a gap between his enemies and him; and yes I understand kled has his pocket pistol, but the recoil isn't enough to create a gap between him and a champion with dash abilities or boots, because once again Kled's boots don't apply to him only to his cowardly lizard. So for this an ability called MUSHROOM JUICE could be use to create a bigger gap.

Description: (E) Mushroom Juice:

Quickly throws a Mushroom juice jar to an area location, if the enemy is hit they will be slowed down for 1.5/1.7/1.8/2.0/2.3 sec (depending on level) and will afflict damage for 15/23/28/35/55 (depending on level).
