PLS READ AND VOTE Runes and masteries should be visible in champ select for your other team mates

During champ select team mates should be able to view each others runes and masteries. This would ensure that less people would take wrong sets and would also add a deal more of communication efficiency and clarity while building a team comp.

I suggest the runes and masteries be accessible through small windows, like the summoner spells windows and right next to them. The masteries window should be filled with the icon of the keystone selected, when you put your cursor over it, you see the full page. The runes page window can be any design and the info inside of it should probably look just like the details window you see to the right when selecting over your own runes.

Imagine the possible improvement in team comps that might be seen if you knew your blitz decided he was going AP, or you reminded a friend to take those AD runes off that Naut. I for one could go the rest of my life without seeing another magic penetration set Rengar. Pls let riot know if you feel strongly about this.
