Is the grade system actually good?
So we all know and love our mastery system that after every game will grant us a note on how well we played our champion right? I don't think so you see I think this system has enormous issues in terms of grading you after a match yes I know they are many things that can vary your score but I feel like this system doesn't work properly and we are just not noticing it. Let me explain have you ever did a game you were godlike as a jungle scoring a score like 22/4/18 with like 125 cs the game ends like at 30 mins or so and you only get an A+ A or A- meanwhile your support which basically bot like 1 supportive item and went full damage for the end of his build and got an exhaust instead of ignite is something like 3/8/15 85 cs and gets like an S- ? Have you ever felt rigged just because you didn't go bot lane with an exhaust you didn't get a S? Well, I do I feel like this system is really badly made and Its not rewarding your score as the champion but more as of where you went with it. Listen I'm not going to bragg about how good I am and such but I think that in one of my game I did pretty well and I think I deserved a S- minimum but I didn't get one I was Maokai jungle but there was a Taliyah support on our team who got an S- with a quite disappointing score considering the fact that she was building full damage with 1 support Item who anyway grants her Ap bonus gold and Mana regen. Yes support is a hard place to be but when you build full damage you aren't the very support type you are mostly bringing out the damage missing for the adc and he just last hits for the kill you don't make plays by using your kit to defend / outplay the other team its basically like an Annie support who goes full AP you aren't support you are just an ap bot lane who lets the kills and farm to the adc while having an Item to compensate for the lack of gold you aren't getting yes its slower for you to get your Items at first but you get damage anyways so when the laning phase is over you do damage to kill the enemy team so you can get your items anyway. I'm basically that I could go like Zed support have a shitty score and just because I have 13 assists I get an S- which is unfair.
In a resume I don't think that the fact that the place you go should impact your score as a champion but more as how you played it example if you play Taliyah mid and do like 25/4/8 or 8/2/34 with around 150 cs you should get a good score but if you play Taliyah support and get like 9/10/18 you shouldn't get an S- If you play Bard support and get 2/5/30 you should get at least an S- I think your score should matter more than where you played because if its to stay like that If I want to level up a character to level 7 I'll just go bot lane with an exhaust and that will be it no one will care about my damage done or anything because I went ''support'' Riot I would think about reworking this system because I find it really broken. I will post 2 screenshots of all the stats post game so you can see how this system isn't working proprely and guys in the community if you see something like this happen just report it here and try to provide screenshots so we can fix this thing I also placed a black square over the names of the players for privacy because why not please guys spread the work let's fix this. Also if there is any problems with this post tell me.
