Does Kha'zix passive proc on clones like Shaco R?

As a Kha'zix main, I have gone through a few tricky situations. But I was just wondering if his passive procs on clones like a Shaco ult or LeBlanc with her clone. I have had trouble time and again using my abilities on a clone, so I was wondering if his passive procs on clones, or would that be too overpowered in giving away if your target was a champion or a clone?
