They said it was unnesecary clutter (useless compared to added defense shred/boost icons) that wasn't actually used by players to change target priority when they could see it (tactically), plus they reworked bounty system to something less granular so it would be even more useless now.

They moved it into player screen to show it in detail, at any time (so player might change their approach strategically) and provide less clutter to convey information that you want to see conveyed on-demand anyway rather than being temporary battle modificator.
