It just procs every two shots. Which is pretty boss. You can jungle Vayne or take her top for a reasonably easy time stacking it.
How is she going to stack it though...
how is she going to reliably proc her silver bolts twice? sated devourer only works every other attack, her w procs every third.
I have a hard time thinking that Jungle Vayne has the tools she needs to succeed in the jungle, or that lane Vayne is going to sate the Devourer in a timely fashion. I'm more worried about someone like Jax.
I haven't won against a vayne with sated devourer yet. They usually don't die either.
Personally I like the idea of sated devourer, but I don't think the aftershot effect should be a passive. make it an active with like a 120 sec cooldown and it's balanced.
