Rakan Q rework idea

I used to really enjoy playing back when I mained support. While I was the toilet I had an idea to make his Q not so worthless. rework Idea: 1st of the spell: Flings a golden feather like old gleaming quill but now it pierces all units hit, until either it reaches where the cursor was pointed at when cast or reaches the max distance, kind of like 's Q undertow. But unlike undertow, it does not slow while flying, instead it gains flat hp towards heal on minions and monsters and also gains a percentage increase towards the heal for each champ it passes through. 2nd part of the spell: At the end of the feather's flight it leaves a small slow zone, similar to 's spellblade effect, Rakan then can pick up this feather by using grand entrance near it or walking over it normally.
