Get rid of Duo Queue/Increase penalty for dodging?

I personally believe that Duo Queue should no longer be associated with Solo queue. This type of match making only allows for a better advantage for bot lane (ADC and Support) against an enemy team's bot lane. This would also be relevant towards a mid/ top and jungle premade. There is no way a team without such premade, especially in the bot lane can come close or have higher synergy and communication to a bot lane with voice communication through League Voice, or a third party application such as DIscord. It simply degrades the match making ranking system and already the game can be decided due to this advantage in communication, especially in high elo rank matching where a duo queue premade can simply shut down an opposing team because of better voice coms and plays.

Duo queue should be in a ranking system of its own, or should be removed completely from solo queue players. It makes no sense to allow such an advantage and favourable match up because of this.

Another issue I have is dodging . I understand that dodging the first time results in a match making time penalty and a loss in 3 LP. But how long should a player wait for in order to avoid an increased penalty? The reason I ask is because I have noticed a continuous matching system with trolls, with trolling picks, bans, and summoner spells, completely oppose from their roles. Some would outright say in chat that they would troll, afk and leave because it was' just a smurf account' or because of the new ranking system, since it’s not their main role anyway so it doesn’t really matter to them. There is no point for players to play a losing game of frustating trolls and team mates and would end in an unhappy game and waste of time. I believe that the only solution towards this would be to dodge before such can happen, but an increased penalty to avoid a waste of time from continuous trolls is not something I agree with. I understand that not everyone dodges due to these reasons, and would like to know of a potential solution to this issue, only becoming more frequent due to the new ranking system. There is no point of playing a 20+ game of wasted time for a loss when it could be easily avoided by dodging before this problem begins, but as a result you are given consecutive penalties

Thank you for your time, I'm looking forward for your response.

dodging is needed to avoid troll lobbies, atrocious comps, clueless first timers, etc.

if I'm going to be forced to put up with more low quality games rather than dodge, I will just end-up playing less

duo queue has never been fair (especially in high ELO and when one of the players is smurfing on his lower ranked account to help his friend). it absolutely doesn't belong in SQ. it is a distortion to boost people's ranks to something they aren't capable of getting on their own. it is basically legal boosting. there are some cases of people duoing just purely for fun but most do it with the intention of exploiting the new strategies, synergies and overall performance increase it can generate. when they do it with a smurf on a lower ranked account, it even negates any MMR penalty. it's just not fair and cannot ever be made fair either because not all duos are the same. an average duo penalty cannot properly be adjusted to every duo situation, champion combo, preplanned tricks etc. it's basically cheating the system but because it has existed so long, it's allowed to persist even in diamond+. we have flex queue now so why do we still have duoing in a ladder supposed to represent personal skill?
