WHY VLADIMIR NEEDS A STUN? ?

Vladimir already have so manny champions that counter him , using hemoplague just mean enemy will start running and in current season even a riven can scape and own him , he has no way of stopping an enemy even for 1 second unless you sacrifice a lot of health using sanguine pool which slow enemy if your under them , but now day almost all top champs heals themselves that was one of the thing that make vlad special , vladimir have very long cool downs , and starting game he is kind of weak , he have been nerfed like 28 times , and every time cd get longer , has no way to stun , and lots of time enemies tend to escape , if at least at lvl 6 you get a stun , it would mean lots to him even if its just the first 1.5 seconds of the hemoplague ability , or give him a passive bar of blood drained + his basic healing with Q and the option of activating a stun after bar get filled , the next hemoplague stun , or the next basic attk stun, anything is better than 0 stuns .

I know riot have been making better heroes to counter old one , to counter favorite ones , changing the way people play , also making them buy the new champs , but the old one that have been nerfed so manny times like vladimir are still alive, in people hearts and in people playing every day , not giving up on them , even against the odds that are not in their favor , for love , for bond with their champ , for going against the Meta , so manny heroes have been born , and manny more will come , but some times small changes make a difference in a bigger picture.

In conclusion, a Vladimir that has been nerfed so manny times , that has ones of the longests cool down in game and that depend entirely on his abilities that have been nerfed like i said before could be beneficial for him to have a small stun at least , it can be used to get away , or to win a fight get a little more time for his ability to finish cd , or just to get enough time to get in position for a sanguine pool while waiting on the long cd to finish thats his main weakness , thanks a lot for your time , and for all those ppl who get the chance to read this ,
