With Veigars new ult change...

He actually works really good in the botlane now. Seriously, try it out. I was surprised about it. With the AP damage steroid on his ult gone, he does the same amount with his ult to everybody, so being in the lane with two squishies actually works really well for him... I actually go Veigar-APC pretty often now...
