I main Janna and when I Q Diana while she ults to me with her Q on me and I block it with my Q she still gets the reset with should NOT happen, it should stop the ult reset and not still refund the cooldown...
... No?
That's like saying oh riven missed her first Q so now she shouldn't be able to use the other two
"Lunar Rush has no cooldown when used to teleport to an enemy afflicted with Moonlight, and will consume all active Moonlight debuffs." Nowhere does it say when Lunar rush LANDS.
I tend to agree.
They already nerfed it's range to a manageable level. I disagree that it needs further balancing.
