I want someone to watch the replay of my 10/4/12 hecarim game and tell me how I lost what am i doing wrong because I can't keep playing the Win lose win lose game.

You should try Khazix or Xin at your mmr.

Seems like I do that a lot with hec. Maybe he just falls off late game. Or your team doesnt utilize your ult.

I think it was because your nexus blew up, that sometimes affects the outcome of a game.

Take a glance at team gold earned. They got more items so they did more damage. Your team was bad at csing so it doesn't matter. Considering the 5-7-10 shyv had more gold than you, she should have had more items. You didn't push your lead enough early so you lost late. Your vayne, who had most gold on your team, had less gold than everyone on the enemy team but their support and their jg. That is why you lost even though you were "ahead" early. Get your team more gold by objectives. your team only got 3 towers while their team got a lot more (10). They also got first turret gold which gave their team a 2k gold advantage at that point in the game (look at the gold graph at first turret down.)
