Please fix matchmaking!

Let me start out by saying that I am barely gold 5. Recently I have been trying to play with some friends. Two of which are also gold and two of which aren't even level 30 yet. I can't even play with them because we keep getting paired against high diamond and plat players. Please please please fix the match making system. It is absolutely terrible.

How many times does it have to be stated that ranked mmr has nothing to do with normal mmr. Their normal mmr can be as low as yours or your mmr is as high as theirs in normal.
