Make Teemo's blind like new Quinn Q blind

Dear Riot,

Why does Quinn's new Q blind reduce sight but Teemo's doesn't?

Just played against a Quinn midlane, and the new q works well against mages as the reduced sight prevents accurate spell casts. I'd love for Teemo to get a similar blind so they're more useful against mages like Leblanc or what not. Also would help make him more relevant in team fights.
