Quick question. Why is it between 00:00 and 06:00 there are always trollers and overall the day , junglers who just refuse to gank certain lanes ?..... Opinion from fellow summoners are welcome :D

Riot care's Riot reads Riot just dont respond because they cant agree or disagree with everyone....
That's not really a riot employee kind of question.
One might find a correlation between time of day and quality of players as a side effect of peoples school/work/sleep schedules.
