I love TF... its wonderful champ but it lacks skills... I mean in one vs one you have only 2 skills to win the fight third skill is not optional, Ult is for other purposes... that's why I think TF needs some change and it's not ULT but its "E"

E is absolutely anticlimactic, TF does not necessary needs AA speed, all he needs some engage or escape skill and here is my idea:

why not make E something like graves dash, and after dash next auto would be some magic damage added to auto attack? The dash animation should be like a card trick, TF becomes a card deck and and flips toward the mouse cursor location... dash range should be short the same like Vayne's

I think it'is a good idea, what do you say?

assassins with escapes are bad ideas. See zed LB. TF will be more enjoyable for everyone dashless as he is

From what I know of TF, he won't need a dash because he already has a lot of utility. His W Pick a Card can already slow and stun, so I don't a think a dash is necessary. Plus TF is kinda a more poke-y mage so you really should not trying to get to close to your opponent unless you can kill them. Plus his main job is actually global pressure, thus his ult. He is meant to keep the other enemy team on their toes and punishes those who push a bit too far or escaped a bad engage with low HP.

The E's utility is just to make him a bit more stable with his W since that is his primary tool to farm and get units in the right place to kill. He's in a good place so I doubt that Riot will change anything except maybe a numbers rework for the time being.

I'd rather him get some sort of utility out of his Q other than pure damage so I can finally start leveling it on ADC TF.

One of tf's weaknesses is he's not the best teamfighter. TF is good at finding picks and starting advantageous fights by deleting someone that was out of position. Don't try to delete his weaknesses.
