Disconnection

Dear riot, please fix disconnection rules. I was put in to lowers priority for 5 games because my computer disconnected once, after that I tried to reconnect but got disconnected again. When I finally got on, I got disconnected for not moving so I had to reconnect again. When I got on, I only got to play for 2 minutes and I lost the game AND got a punishment. I do not feel like this is fair to me because it wasn't my fault for having bad connection. So please fix the system and rules for dis/reconnection. Thank you
