Why doesn't Akali's Q proc off her E still?

They removed it saying it was never intended to do that I think. Plus she has three dashes and this was ment to nerf her too.

She used it to bully people early game without ever drawing minion aggro when early game was her intended weakness.

Primarily because it allowed her to utilize double Q procs and Riot did not like it I believe.

It was removed because people were screaming for Akali nerfs when mana regen was nerfed, claiming that she had become too strong in lane with her free harass. Riot removed it in order to make her more skill oriented, and as a way to introduce more counterplay to Akali (Now entirely dependent on AA).

Really, it was because people were angry that Akali had "free harass in lane", when mana was supposed to be an early game gate, which it became.

I'm still angry about those nerfs. Especially the ult range nerf. She has a 47% winrate in ranked now.

Because why would you want to make yet another kit overloded, just like Ekko's? Honestly, people think Akali is so UP right now, but I stomp with her every time I play her. And it's not just because I'm in low elo, I would still be able to use her as a viable pick otherwise, too. You just have to kinda turret hug and stay really safe until level 6, then you just get some roams off after demonstrating your lane pressure to the enemy laner.

why when people see unblanced things on other champions do they ask for their champion to be unbalanced too rather than bring the first champion into a reasonable balance range
