Alrighty boys and girls, i came up with an idea for a new item in LoL, the name is undecided, but it will be an instant health pot with a unique special passive: If this potions is activated and you kill an enemy champion within the next 3 seconds, the potion is refilled. The way to not make this overpowered is that the only way it refills is if you get the kill within the 3 second time frame, if you dont you have to purchase one from shop.
