Worst servers out of any game

I have been playing LoL quite some time now, and it has come to my attention it is almost impossible to play ranked yet alone norm when i have 400ms. LoL is the ONLY game that ever lags. I can play way higher graphic demanding games then LoL, and non of them ever lag. I always run 50-60ms. Yet as soon as i get on LoL i sit at 100 if i am lucky or i am at 300-1000ms. then i leave the game cause i am not gonna wast my time not being able to play then i get banned. So in reality LoL severs are shit i know its not my pc nor my internet. Dota 2 runs a smooth 66ms at all times unless some one on nextflix then its about 100. Whats the best part about LoL having shit servers is i gotta spend 20mins out of my life just to log on cause every time i log out and try to log back on i get a "connection error" only game that does it too what a surprise.
