Riot, fix your garbage game, these queue times are a JOKE i've been waiting for 43 fucking minutes to play this game and STILL have yet to get into a game. I've been in THREE lobbys where people have dodged and a 19 minute queue (currently in a 12 minute while typing this) fix your shit game. Me and PLENTY of other players are sick and tired of this, there is NO excuse for queue times taking this long when there is THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of people playing this game at every given minute. This isn't a one time thing, this is EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I get my first pop around 3min and then I get a que pop every 30 sec after that.

It seems to me that one of the reasons your queue was so long was that a few people dodged. Riot is not a evil mind controlling overlord, they cannot stop people from doing those things. The best they can do, is trying to dissuade them(but then those people who are punished come onto the boards and complain that they were punished.)
